CTR Promo Control Terms of Use

Purpose
CTR Promo Control provides invited DJs and music professionals with access to Capital Techno Recordings promotional releases for evaluation and authorized DJ support.
Access and feedback
Keep your invitation link private. You may preview the available audio and submit an honest rating and feedback. Available downloads unlock after feedback submission. A positive rating is not required.
Music and artwork
Rights in recordings, compositions, and artwork remain with their respective owners. Downloading a promo does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted use.
Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload the files, or share invitation links without permission. Follow any release-specific embargo or usage instructions. Obtain any permissions or licenses required for your intended broadcast, performance, or other use.
Feedback
Submit feedback you are entitled to share. Capital Techno Recordings may use it internally to evaluate releases and DJ support. Identifiable public quotations require separate permission.
Availability
Files and release access may be updated or withdrawn. Contact us if you encounter a broken preview or download.

Use the removal option on your promo page to stop future invitations, or contact capitaltechno512@icloud.com.
