CTR Promo Control Privacy Policy

Who operates this service
Capital Techno Recordings operates CTR Promo Control to distribute music promos and collect feedback. Contact: capitaltechno512@icloud.com.
Information used
We store recipient names and email addresses, promo-list status, release and invitation information, ratings, written feedback, submission dates, and email-send status. We also store release artwork, audio, and related file metadata when uploaded to the service, or references to files selected from Google Drive.
Google account access
Only the label administrator connects a Google account. The app requests Gmail permission to send promo emails and Google Drive permission to access files selected or created through the app. It does not request permission to read the Gmail inbox or unrestricted access to the entire Drive.
Google account information and authorization tokens are used to maintain this connection. Saved access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Google Drive files are accessed to supply selected artwork, previews, and downloads.
How information is used and shared
We use information to deliver invitations, display releases, collect feedback, enable downloads after feedback submission, manage the promo list, and honor removal requests.
Information is processed by the hosting and storage providers that run the service and by Google for connected Gmail and Drive functions. Promo emails and included artwork are delivered to the intended recipients.
We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising or training generalized AI models.
CTR Promo Control’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Invitation links and feedback
Invitation links provide access to a recipient’s promo page and saved response. Anyone with that link may be able to view the release and feedback associated with it. Keep invitation links private.
Feedback is available to the label administrator. We will seek separate permission before publicly quoting feedback with your identity.
Retention and removal
Campaign records and feedback are retained while needed to operate the service and maintain campaign history. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
Use the removal option on your promo page to stop future promo invitations. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete earlier feedback or campaign records. We may retain limited suppression information to honor your removal request.
Contact capitaltechno512@icloud.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Copies in previously delivered emails, Google account records, or provider backups may remain subject to those systems’ retention processes.
Disconnecting Google
The administrator can disconnect Google in the app or revoke access through Google account settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing campaign records, previously sent emails, or original Drive files.
Technical information
Hosting and authentication providers may process technical logs and session information needed to operate and secure the service.
